Using the library

You may browse, preview and download fonts from LettersFonts for your own use, subject to the licence attached to each individual font. The site itself is provided for you to discover typefaces; your right to use any given font is governed by that font's licence, not by us.

Font licences are your responsibility

Each font carries its own licence terms, which you can see on its page. Some fonts are free for any use, including commercial work; others are free for personal use only or carry other conditions. It is your responsibility to read and comply with the licence before using a font.

When in doubt, check our licensing guide or contact the original designer. We provide the licence information supplied with each font but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free.

Uploading fonts

By uploading a font you confirm that:

• you created it, or you have the right to share it under the licence you specify;
• the licence information you provide is accurate; and
• your upload does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.

You keep ownership of what you upload, but you grant LettersFonts a licence to host and display it so the community can find and download it. We may remove any upload that breaches these terms or is the subject of a valid copyright complaint.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to distribute malware, scrape it at a scale that harms performance, misrepresent font licences, or upload content you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimer and liability

LettersFonts is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a font or the site, including any dispute over a font's licence. You use downloaded fonts at your own risk and remain responsible for complying with their terms.
